We want you to be happy with your Nookala Gel Cushion. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the price of the item.
How to return your order
- Email us at contactshopnookala@gmail.com within 90 days of the day you received your order, with your order number.
- We will reply with simple return instructions.
- Send the cushion back as instructed. Please keep proof of postage.
Refunds
Once your return has reached us, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within a few working days, and can take a little longer to appear depending on your bank.
Your right to cancel within 14 days
Under UK consumer law you can also cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving any reason. To cancel, simply email us at contactshopnookala@gmail.com. If you cancel within this period, we will refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost you paid.
Faulty or damaged items
If your cushion arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with a photo and we will put it right at no cost to you.
