Some seat cushions can feel bulky and raise the sitting position too much. This one felt more manageable on my chair. I could sit for a long work session without constantly thinking about the cushion, which is probably the best compliment I can give it. The overall construction also feels tidy.

I tested this on a fairly hard desk chair. The difference was most noticeable after an hour or two, when the original chair would normally start to feel uncomfortable. The cushion remained supportive and did not feel excessively warm during my test. It is simple, but it performs its main job well.
